03 Screening Processes
Document screening Reviewing whether the applicant is suitable for the job and business sector and whether he(she) meets the qualification requirements
Job Interview Only those who have passed the document screening process will be conducted through the 1st working-level job interview and the 2nd executive-Level Job Interview will be conducted.

1st job interview : A working-level job interview focusing on basic practical skills and job performance.
It aims to evaluate professional knowledge and grounding for the job.

2nd Job Interview : An executive-level interview that evaluates basic personality and qualities based on the results of the application and the screening process
